Pricing comparison

Email verification pricing, compared.

The headline price per email rarely tells you what a verifier will cost. How the tool bills, what it charges for, and whether unused credits expire matter just as much.

No monthly subscription · Credits never expire · Unknown results use no credits

The three common pricing models

Hidden costs that change the real price

  • Unknown results: some tools charge for inconclusive checks, which can be a large share of catch-all-heavy B2B lists
  • Duplicates: check whether repeated addresses in one file are charged twice
  • Expiry: credits that expire after months turn a cheap package into wasted spend
  • Minimums: a low per-email price may only apply to very large packages
  • Re-checks: verifying the same list again before each campaign multiplies the cost

How EasyMailVerify bills

EasyMailVerify sells one-time credit packages from 1,000 to 100,000 credits, and larger packages lower the price per email. There is no subscription. Credits never expire. Passed and Failed results use one credit each, Unknown results use none, and duplicates are removed before checking, so you never pay twice for the same address in a list.

The same credits work in the dashboard and the API. Current package prices are always on the pricing page.

A quick way to compare quotes

Take a list you verify regularly and estimate how many checks you'll run in a year. For each provider, work out the yearly cost including expired credits, charged Unknown results and duplicates. The cheapest per-email price is often not the cheapest year.

Frequently asked questions

Is pay-as-you-go email verification cheaper than a subscription?

For occasional or uneven volume, usually yes, because you don't pay for unused monthly allowance. If you verify a large, steady volume every month, compare the subscription's yearly total with the equivalent credit packages.

Does EasyMailVerify charge for Unknown results?

No. Only Passed and Failed results use credits. Unknown results, such as many catch-all addresses, use no credits.

Do EasyMailVerify credits expire?

No. Credits never expire, so you can buy a package once and use it over several campaigns.
