What you actually pay per email

The smallest ZeroBounce purchase, $39 for 2,000 validations, works out to $0.0195 per email. The ZeroBounce ONE subscription starts at $99 a month for 10,000 credits, about $0.0099 per email if you use every credit, and 20% less if you pay annually.

Credits are also shared with other ZeroBounce tools: scoring an address uses an extra credit, and Email Finder uses 20 credits per successful search, so the same balance can run down faster if you use those features.

EasyMailVerify's one-time packages cost $4.99 for 1,000 emails ($0.005 each), $24.99 for 10,000 ($0.0025 each) and $129.99 for 100,000 ($0.0013 each).

Do ZeroBounce credits expire?

ZeroBounce says credits never expire while you have an active ZeroBounce ONE subscription, and unused subscription credits roll over each month. Without a subscription, it says expiration rules may apply depending on when the account was created or the credits were bought, so check the terms that apply to you.

EasyMailVerify credits never expire, with or without any subscription; there isn't one.

Are unknown or catch-all results charged?

No. ZeroBounce states it never charges for unknown results, and it doesn't charge for duplicate addresses it removes from your list.

EasyMailVerify works the same way: Unknown results, including catch-all addresses, use no credits, and duplicates are removed before checking.

ZeroBounce vs EasyMailVerify for the same list: 10,000 emails

Say you verify a 10,000-address list once a quarter.

On ZeroBounce ONE, $99 covers that month's 10,000 credits, and unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed; keeping the subscription all year costs $1,188, or about $950 paid annually. On pay as you go, you start from the $39 minimum and add credits as needed.

With EasyMailVerify, each 10,000-email list costs $24.99, about $100 for four lists a year, and credits you don't use stay in your account with no deadline.

What else to compare besides price

  • Extra tools: ZeroBounce bundles scoring, Email Finder and deliverability tools; EasyMailVerify focuses on verification
  • Result clarity: do you get a plain-language reason with every result?
  • Data handling: EasyMailVerify deletes checked addresses 7 days after verification
  • API: are real-time and bulk checks on the same credits?
  • Accuracy: test both tools on a list where you already know the outcomes
