How we write and check our content
EasyMailVerify publishes guides, comparisons and articles about email verification. These are the rules every page follows, so you know where the information comes from and how far you can rely on it.
Who writes our content
Guides, comparisons and blog articles are written and reviewed by the team that builds and runs EasyMailVerify at Forge Stride. We write about what we work on every day: verifying email addresses, reading mail server responses and helping customers clean their lists.
Product claims match the product
Anything we say about EasyMailVerify, such as prices, limits, result codes, what's charged and how long data is kept, is checked against how the product actually behaves before it's published. If the product changes, the pages change with it.
Competitor prices come from their own pages
When we compare prices, we take each provider's published prices from its own pricing page, show the date we checked and link to the source. We only list figures we could verify, mark anything we couldn't with a dash, and re-check them every quarter.
We cite primary sources
Technical statements link to the standard or guideline they come from, such as the SMTP specification (RFC 5321) or Gmail's sender guidelines, so you can check them yourself.
No invented proof
We don't publish made-up reviews, ratings, customer logos, accuracy percentages or compliance claims. If we haven't tested something, we say so.
Every page is dated
Each guide shows when it was last updated. We review our core pages regularly and update the date only when the content meaningfully changes.
