Acceptable use

  • You will only verify addresses you have a lawful basis to process.
  • You will not use MailGuard to harvest, scrape, or validate purchased lists obtained without consent.
  • You will not resell raw verification results as a competing service.

Credits & billing

  • Credits are sold in packages and do not expire.
  • Passed and failed verification results use one credit; unknown results use none. Contact the team with purchase or refund questions. Refund terms require confirmation.
  • Verification results are not a guarantee of delivery, consent, or future mailbox availability.

Service availability

  • No contractual uptime SLA is offered by this draft. Contact the team to discuss service commitments.
  • Availability, liability, and any service remedies require review in the finalized agreement.

Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from Settings.
  • We may suspend accounts violating acceptable use without notice.
