Features
Every check behind every result.
EasyMailVerify checks each address for deliverability, risk, and quality, and tells you exactly why it got its result. Everything below is available in the dashboard, in CSV exports, and through the API.
Deliverability checks
Every address goes through the same layered checks, from format to the mailbox itself. No email is ever sent to the address.
Syntax validation
Catches addresses that aren’t correctly formatted, such as missing @ signs, spaces, or illegal characters.
Domain (DNS) check
Confirms the domain after the @ actually exists.
MX record lookup
Confirms the domain has a mail server (MX record) that can receive email.
SMTP mailbox check
Talks to the receiving mail server to confirm the specific mailbox exists, then disconnects before anything is delivered.
Full mailbox detection
Flags mailboxes that exist but are full and can’t accept new messages.
Catch-all detection
Identifies domains that accept mail for any address, where a single mailbox can’t be confirmed. These return Unknown and are free.
Greylisting detection
Recognises servers that temporarily defer checks as an anti-spam measure, so you know a later retry may give a clear answer.
Blocklist screening
Flags addresses and domains that appear on blocklists of destinations that shouldn’t be mailed.
Risk and quality flags
Beyond deliverable or not, each result carries flags that help you decide how to treat the address.
Disposable email detection
Flags temporary inbox services that stop working within minutes or days.
Role account detection
Flags shared addresses such as info@, sales@, or support@ that rarely belong to one person.
Free provider detection
Tells you whether the address is on a free service such as Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo, or on a company domain.
Gibberish detection
Flags random-looking addresses that are often typed to get past a form.
Offensive word detection
Flags addresses containing offensive or inappropriate words.
Spam complainer flag
Flags addresses known to frequently file spam complaints, which can hurt your sender reputation.
Typo suggestions
Spots common domain mistakes like gmial.com or yaho.com and suggests the corrected address: “Did you mean…?”
Address and mail server details
Every result also tells you who handles the mail and how the check went.
Mailbox and domain split
The address separated into its mailbox (before the @) and domain (after the @) for easy filtering.
Mail server details
The domain’s mail server hostnames and IP addresses, the company hosting them, and its network (ASN). Useful for spotting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 domains.
Mail server location
The country, region, city, and timezone of the mail server, where available.
Check timing
When each check ran and how long it took.
Workflow, billing and API
Built for both one-off checks and automated pipelines.
Real-time single checks
Check one address in seconds from the dashboard or the API.
Bulk list verification
Upload CSV or TXT files, or send up to 50,000 addresses to the API in one list.
Duplicate removal
Duplicates are removed before checking, so they’re never charged.
CSV export
Download all results or only Passed, Failed, or Unknown, with reasons, flags, typo suggestions, and mail server details.
Free retries
Checks interrupted by a temporary error are never charged and can be retried for free.
REST API with API keys
Simple JSON over HTTPS with revocable API keys and safe retries using an Idempotency-Key.
Tracking labels
Attach a label such as “Sign-up form” to each API check and get it back with the result.
Pay only for answers
Passed and Failed results use one credit. Unknown results, duplicates, and temporary errors are free.
Result codes
Every result has a status and a specific code that explains it. Codes appear in the dashboard, exports, and the API’s result_code field.
