How the 7-day deletion works
An automatic job runs every hour and erases every email address verified more than 7 days earlier, along with the details of its result, such as flags and mail server information. Only the anonymous result status and credit charge remain, so your dashboard totals and credit history stay accurate.
Lists that are still being processed are never touched. Once a list finishes, its results page shows the date its addresses will be deleted.

Frequently asked questions
Does EasyMailVerify delete checked emails?
Yes. Every checked email address and its detailed result is permanently deleted 7 days after verification. You can also delete a finished list immediately from its results page.
Can I get my results back after deletion?
No. Deletion is permanent, so export the results you need before the deletion date shown on the results page.
Are addresses checked through the API kept longer?
No. API checks follow the same 7-day deletion rule as the dashboard.
