For SaaS

Email verification for SaaS products.

Bad sign-up emails mean lost activations, failed password resets and trial abuse. Check addresses the moment users type them, and clean the user base you already have.

No monthly subscription · Credits never expire · Unknown results use no credits

Where verification fits in a SaaS

  • Sign-up: reject invalid addresses and suggest corrections for typos
  • Free trials: flag disposable addresses often used to repeat trials
  • Lifecycle email: clean the user table before onboarding or re-engagement campaigns
  • CRM syncs: check addresses before they enter sales tools

How the API works

Send a POST request with the address to verify and receive JSON with the status, a result code, a reason and flags. Most checks return in seconds; slower checks return an ID you can poll. Idempotency keys make retries safe, so a network error never charges twice.

Pay for what you check

API checks use the same pay-as-you-go credits as the dashboard. Unknown results are free and credits never expire, so spiky sign-up volume doesn't need a plan upgrade.

Frequently asked questions

Should I block sign-ups that return Unknown?

Usually not. Unknown often means a catch-all company domain. Allow the sign-up and rely on email confirmation instead.

Can I verify my existing users?

Yes. Export them as CSV and upload a list in the dashboard, or submit up to 50,000 addresses per request through the API.

How long are checked addresses kept?

They're permanently deleted 7 days after verification, including addresses checked through the API.
