Bulk email verification
Bulk email verification for CSV and TXT lists.
Upload a whole list at once, follow its progress, and download a clean export when it finishes. No subscription and no expiring credits.
No monthly subscription · Credits never expire · Unknown results use no credits
What is bulk email verification?
Bulk email verification runs the same checks as a single-address lookup, but across an entire file. Each address gets syntax, domain, and mailbox checks, and comes back with a status and a plain-language reason.
How duplicate removal works
Before verification starts, MailGuard removes duplicate addresses from your file. Each unique address is checked once, so you never spend two credits on the same email.
How results are exported
When the job finishes, open the results to see every address with its status and details. Download a CSV that contains the email, status, and reason for each row, then import it back into your email platform.
When to verify a list
- Before sending to a list you haven't mailed in 3+ months
- After importing contacts from events, forms, or a new CRM
- Before handing a list over to a client or a sending platform
- When bounce rates start to climb on regular sends
Common use cases
- Newsletters: keep subscriber lists tidy between sends
- CRM cleanup: find outdated or mistyped records
- Client campaigns: check an agency client's list before launch
- Cold outreach review: spot invalid addresses as part of a compliance review (verification doesn't replace consent)
