Validate before sending
Validate email addresses before you send.
A few minutes of validation before a campaign catches the addresses that would bounce, so they never reach your email platform.
No monthly subscription · Credits never expire · Unknown results use no credits
Why validate before every send
- Lists decay as people change jobs and abandon mailboxes
- High bounce rates can hurt sender reputation and inbox placement
- Many email platforms charge by contact, so dead addresses cost money
- Typos captured at sign-up keep failing until they're removed
What gets checked
EasyMailVerify checks syntax, whether the domain exists and accepts mail, and whether the mail server confirms the mailbox. It also flags disposable domains, role accounts like info@, catch-all domains and likely typos. See all features for the full list of checks and result codes.
What EasyMailVerify can help with
- Checking single addresses or bulk CSV/TXT lists before a campaign
- Sorting each address into Passed, Failed, or Unknown, with a plain-language reason
- Flagging disposable domains, role accounts, syntax issues, and catch-all behavior
- Exporting a filtered list that contains only the results you choose
- Paying only for Passed and Failed results, since Unknown results use no credits

Frequently asked questions
How long before a campaign should I validate my list?
As close to sending as practical, ideally within a few days, because mailboxes can change over time. Results are a point-in-time check.
Should I send to Unknown results?
Treat them separately. Unknown usually means a catch-all or temporarily restricted server. Many senders mail them in a smaller, separate segment or skip them for cold outreach.
Does validation send an email to my contacts?
No. Validation talks to the receiving mail server without sending any message to the contact.
